Business Development Representative Location: Oceanside, CAJob Type: Full-timeCompensation: $18/hour base pay (not a draw against future commissions) + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Recurring Commission Join a growing local company that's building something different. Aqua Professional Services is a professional exterior cleaning company serving San Diego County. We specialize in artificial turf cleaning, commercial fleet washing, concrete cleaning, and exterior property maintenance. We're looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to help grow our customer base by building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and representing our company with professionalism and integrity. If you're an experienced salesperson who enjoys meeting new people, building long-term relationships, and creating opportunities, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Generate new commercial and residential leads.
• Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, dealerships, fleet managers, RV parks, storage facilities, and local businesses throughout San Diego County.
• Prospect through cold calls, walk-ins, networking events, referrals, email, and social media outreach.
• Schedule appointments and perform estimates.
• Present service proposals and follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Build recurring service agreements.
• Foster long-term customer relationships.
• Work closely with our operations team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated history of achieving sales goals and generating new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Comfortable with in-person prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and relationship building
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Organized with excellent follow-up and time management skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor Education
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Must maintain active personal automobile insurance
