What You'll Do

:

• Work with motivated buyers and sellers throughout the Middle Tennessee market
• Manage and convert warm leads, and actively work a large database of cold-to-warm prospects
• Conduct showings, write and negotiate offers, and guide clients through closing
• Stay informed on market trends and pricing strategies
• Participate in coaching, accountability sessions, and team events What We Provide:

Who You Are

:

• Active TN Real Estate License
• Ideally 12+ months of agent experience (or a track record in a fast-paced sales role)
• Excellent at follow-up and managing a pipeline
• Highly self-motivated, coachable, and driven to grow
