Responsibilities

: The Commercial Salesperson in HVAC will be responsible for bringing in new business and creating long term customer relationships to help grow the commercial construction aspect of the company. Anchor expects a driven individual who is a self-starter that can also be a team player. You will be given all the tools needed to succeed and the sales manager will take the time to teach and help you grow your career. : Prospecting/Cold Calling Scheduling meetings with Potential New Customers Quote New Construction HVAC projects Reading and Interpreting Mechanical Drawings. Fluent in pricing Design Build HVAC Projects, on schedule Meeting and Exceeding Goals Established by Sales Manager.

Qualifications

: Minimum High School Education College Education Preferred (Mechanical Engineering Degree is a plus) 2+ Years of Business to Business Sales 1-2+ years of Commercial HVAC Sales or Estimating experience Self-Motivated, Goal Oriented, Responsible, Coachable, Team Oriented.
