We're expanding our sales team and looking for independent-minded go-getters who want to take full control of their earning potential. Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Canvassing assigned territories and initiating conversations with homeowners about their roof's condition
• Scheduling and completing on-site property inspections
• Educating homeowners on damage, repair options, and the value of acting sooner rather than later
• Submitting work authorization agreements and moving prospects through the approval process
• Following up with leads and maintaining communication from first contact through job completion
• Tracking your own pipeline and self-managing daily activity to hit personal income goals The Money:
• $560/week guaranteed training pay for 8 weeks while you learn the ropes
• 810% commission per approved contract self-generated leads pay at the higher rate
• $500 bonus every time you land a verified self-generated Work Authorization
