This is an exciting time to join our team as we are currently building a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in the Hanover area. What You'll Do

• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication and service
• Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, including test drives and vehicle presentations
• Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery
• Ensure customers understand vehicle features, technology, warranty coverage, and paperwork at delivery
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Utilize the dealership's CRM system to manage leads, prospects, and customer communication
• Stay informed on new inventory, product updates, features, incentives, and automotive technology
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions
• Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals What We're Looking For
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience required
• Automotive sales experience preferred, but motivated candidates with strong people skills are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid PA driver's license with a good driving record
