Desert Edge Marketing is hiring a Customer Support & Sales Representative to represent AT&T; services inside retail store locations in Las Vegas. This is a customer-facing retail sales role that combines hands-on customer support with entry-level sales responsibilities. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, explaining technology in a simple way, and earning extra bonuses based on performance. While customer service is a core part of the role, representatives are also responsible for promoting and selling AT&T; products and services during in- store interactions. As a Customer Support & Sales Representative, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Greet customers in-store and provide a professional, welcoming experience
• Assist customers face-to-face with AT&T; wireless plans, devices, and internet services
• Explain product features, pricing, and current promotions clearly and accurately
• Conduct basic product demonstrations and answer customer questions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate AT&T; solutions
• Process enrollments, upgrades, and service transactions accurately
• Help resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Stay current on AT&T; products, promotions, and retail sales procedures

Work Environment

: In-person, face-to-face retail sales Location: Las Vegas, NV Schedule: MondaySaturday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week) Pay Structure:

• This role is a minimum of $14/hour base pay with additional commission opportunities based on sales performance. The average commission paycheck is anywhere from $[please apply online] per week. Total compensation varies depending on individual results. Client / Product:
