About Us

Our AI-powered autonomous floor-cleaning solutions are transforming facility management at scale across hotels, hospitals, schools, office buildings, retail chains, and logistics centers. As we rapidly expand our footprint across Southern California, we are looking for driven, high-performing W-2 Sales Professionals to spearhead our commercial growth.

What You Will Do

• Drive the Full Sales Cycle: Prospect, pitch, and close B2B clients across target sectors (Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Commercial Real Estate, Logistics, etc.).
• Conduct Field Demonstrations: Take ownership of product demonstrations and pilot runs, showing prospective clients the power of PUDU robots in real-time.
• Territory Management: Independently develop and grow your B2B client portfolio across Southern California.
• Build Executive Relationships: Interface directly with property managers, facility directors, and business owners to deliver tailored automation solutions.

• Base Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour (W-2) dependent on experience
• Uncapped Commission: $1,500 to $2,000 per unit sold (approx. 5% to 7% of unit price) significant upside for top producers.
• Travel Reimbursement: Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate.
• Flexibility: Manage your own schedule; work remotely across Southern California with field-based client visits. What We Are Looking For
• Proven experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or commercial field sales.
• Self-motivated "hunter" mentality with strong presentation and closing skills.
• Comfortable operating independently in the field and handling high-tech equipment.
• Passion for robotics, AI technology, or automation in commercial facilities.
