Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers who have received unsold HVAC and plumbing estimates
• Make outbound calls to reconnect with customers and encourage them to move forward with recommended work
• Answer customer questions regarding services, pricing, financing, and scheduling
• Build rapport with customers, overcome objections, and close sales opportunities
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to schedule approved work
• Maintain accurate customer notes, estimates, and follow-up activities in ServiceTitan
• Meet or exceed daily outbound call, follow-up, and sales goals
• Identify additional opportunities for HVAC and plumbing services when appropriate
• Provide a professional, positive customer experience on every interaction
• Ability to conduct sales over the phone with clients
• Collaborate with management to improve retention strategies and close rates

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales, customer retention, or outbound sales experience preferred
• HVAC and plumbing industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Experience using ServiceTitan or a similar CRM preferred
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment This is an hourly + commission role Pay: From $20.00 per hour Experience:
