Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Duties

• Greet customers and assess their automotive needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
• Manage inventory effectively, ensuring that the showroom is well-stocked and organized.
• Utilize retail math skills to assist customers in understanding pricing and financing options.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions using dealership software.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Participate in outside sales activities, including community events and promotions, to generate leads.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in retail math and inventory management practices.
• Familiarity with dealership operations and sales management processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are an advantage.
• A proactive approach to upselling and customer engagement.
