: Account Manager - Industrial Robotics Position

Overview

As an account Manager, you will be responsible for market expansion and customer relationship management for the company's industrial robot product lines. You will need to dive deep into the industrial manufacturing sector, identify automation needs, and provide customers with optimal robotic automation solutions. Base salary $60,000 plus commission! Key Responsibilities

Market Development: Deeply explore potential customers in key industries such as automotive components, electronic semiconductors, lithium-ion/new energy, and metal processing. Sales Execution: Responsible for the entire sales processfrom lead follow- up, technical exchange, and commercial negotiation to contract signingto ensure the achievement of annual sales targets. Solution Planning: Collaborate with the technical team to participate in developing industrial robot integrated application solutions based on the customer's production process requirements. Channel Management: Develop and manage System Integrator (SI) and agent resources to establish a long-term, stable partnership ecosystem. Market Insight: Collect competitor information and industry trends to provide feedback for product iteration and market strategy. III. Job

Requirements

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Marketing, or related majors. Work Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in the industrial automation or mechanical equipment field. Core Requirement: Must have hands-on sales experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, AUBO, ESTUN, etc.) or high-end CNC machine tools. Industry Resources: Familiarity with the industrial robot industry chain; candidates with existing customer resources in specific industries (e.g., 3C, New Energy, Automotive) are preferred. Professional Skills: Ability to understand complex industrial application scenarios, with basic blueprint reading skills and the ability to explain technical solutions. Professional Qualities: Exceptional business negotiation skills, high pressure tolerance, and strong self-drive; ability to adapt to frequent business travel Pay: $60,000.00 per year
