• Meeting with homeowners to discuss their property and answer questions.
• Performing roof assessments and explaining available repair or replacement options.
• Recommending solutions that fit each customer's situation.
• Participating in regular coaching sessions to strengthen your sales and communication skills. Every customer interaction helps you build confidence, experience, and greater earning potential.

Compensation

and Growth

• Training Period: $5,000 to $8,000 during your first month
• Established Sales Representatives: $10,000 to $15,000+ per month
• Top Performing Consultants: $15,000 to $25,000+ per month
