Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Deliver face to face sales presentations of products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer questions
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Assist with in-store promotions, displays, and event setups
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and basic troubleshooting
• Track sales activity and customer interactions using internal systems
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive store performance
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards of the retail location
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development

Qualifications

• Previous experience or strong interest in retail sales, customer service, or marketing is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, including Salesforce.
