Inside Sales Representative Location: Carteret, NJ (Relocating to a brand-new facility in Edison, NJ next year) Job Type: Full-Time | MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Salary: $55,000$60,000+ annually (Higher compensation available for candidates with relevant experience.) We're seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our close-knit team of approximately 35 employees. What You'll Do

As our Inside Sales Representative, you'll serve as the connection between our customers and our production team.

Responsibilities

Include:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare quotations and pricing for products and custom solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify opportunities to increase sales with existing and prospective customers
• Work closely with warehouse, production, and manufacturing teams to ensure customer expectations are met
• Coordinate order status, inventory availability, and delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate customer records using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Learn technical product specifications and confidently communicate product information to customers
• Meet individual sales goals and performance expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, inside sales, or sales support experience
• Manufacturing or production environment experience strongly preferred
• Strong math aptitude and comfort working with numbers
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Comfortable learning technical products and specifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
• High School Diploma or GED required
