Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. - Maintain an organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and managing inventory levels. - Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and sales reporting. - Communicate effectively with team members and customers, fostering a collaborative environment. - Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory. - Must possess excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. - A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence is essential.
