Overview

We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Dental Lead Generation Specialist (Sales Development Representative (SDR / Lead Qualifier) to join our team! This role is the heartbeat of our patient acquisition process handling inbound and outbound calls, educating leads about life-changing dental implant solutions, and converting inquiries into scheduled consultations. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound patient inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to prospective patients from marketing campaigns and web inquiries.
• Build trust and rapport while educating patients about our full-arch implant process and the life-changing results it offers.
• Convert phone and web leads into scheduled in-office consultations with exceptional show rates.
• Maintain accurate and organized lead records using CRM/scheduling software.
• Collaborate with the treatment coordination and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion performance.
• Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level experience to every caller no exceptions.

Requirements

• Dental experience is a must but not required we provide comprehensive training.
• Background in sales or consultative sales (such as elective medical, hospitality, or financial services) is highly valued.
• Proven ability to connect with people and motivate them to take action.
• Strong communication skills confident, empathetic, and professional.
• Comfortable working toward performance and conversion goals.
