Position Title : B2B Sales Manager General

Responsibilities

: Business Development Identify and secure new wholesale, retail, and distribution opportunities. Develop relationships with buyers across national, regional, specialty, and independent retailers. Prospect distributors and strategic partners to expand market coverage. Build a qualified sales pipeline and consistently achieve new account targets. Account Management Manage existing B2B customers to maximize sales growth and profitability. Conduct regular business reviews with customers. Develop annual sales plans and promotional calendars. Negotiate pricing, promotional programs, and annual agreements. Retail & Marketplace Expansion Develop opportunities with: Drug retailers Beauty specialty retailers Grocery Asian retailers Beauty distributors Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate product launches with Marketing. Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain on inventory planning. Collaborate with Finance on pricing and profitability. Communicate market insights and customer feedback to headquarters. Market Intelligence Monitor beauty industry trends and competitive activities. Identify emerging retail opportunities. Recommend new products and channel strategies based on customer needs.

Qualifications

: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of B2B sales experience Proven track record of opening new retail or wholesale accounts Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to travel domestically (approximately 2540%) Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Preferred Existing relationships with U.S. beauty retailers and distributors Experience working with Korean or international brands Experience with Amazon, omnichannel retail, or e-commerce partnerships Familiarity with syndicated market data (Circana, Nielsen, SPINS, etc.) Bilingual English/Korean is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Application Question(s):
