Ring of Fire Harley-Davidson is looking for a high-energy Retail Sales Associate to join our General Merchandise team. This is a full-time position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys creating strong customer experiences. This is not a slow-paced retail job. We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and consistency to the floor every day. Job Details Pay: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time (3240 hours per week) Weekend availability required

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service to every guest
• Assist customers with selecting apparel, accessories, and merchandise
• Help build purchases through product knowledge and engagement
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked displays
• Support daily store operations including restocking and inventory
• Work as part of a team to keep the store running efficiently What We're Looking For
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay engaged and productive throughout the shift
• Retail experience is a plus, but we will train the right person

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available to work weekends
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift and move merchandise (light to moderate lifting)
