Duties

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services
• Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Provide information on financial products such as loans, banking services, or investment options
• Process transactions accurately using retail math skills and financial software systems
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to ensure an inviting shopping experience
• Support cash management activities, including balancing registers and managing cash drawers
• Answer customer inquiries promptly, offering helpful solutions and excellent customer service

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, banking, or financial services is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently
• Basic math skills, including retail math and 10 key typing proficiency, for accurate transaction processing
• Knowledge of cash handling, cashiering procedures, and cash management practices
• Ability to learn and operate financial software systems efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
