Lifetime Enclosures is expanding again, and we're looking for an organized, motivated, and energetic Sales Assistant to help support our growing sales team. We specialize in high-end outdoor living projects including sunrooms, screen enclosures, patio covers, and more and we're looking for someone who can help create an outstanding customer experience while supporting our sales team behind the scenes. What You'll Be Doing:

• Support Sales & Design Consultants with scheduling, follow-ups, and customer communication
• Coordinate appointments, paperwork, and project information
• Assist with proposals, contracts, and sales administration
• Help keep the sales process organized and running smoothly
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
• Work closely with a driven, supportive, and fast-moving team What We're Looking For:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented and deadline-focused
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Computer savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or construction office work preferred
