Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through outbound call campaigns
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify clients' insurance requirements through inbound calls
• Negotiate terms and coverage options to secure mutually beneficial agreements
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining clients and following up on leads

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to evaluate client data effectively
• Knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques within the insurance industry
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and customer service skills
• Demonstrated marketing acumen to promote insurance solutions effectively
• Multilingual capabilities are considered a strong asset for engaging diverse client bases Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
