About Us

: Iceberg Diamonds is a family-owned, direct-manufacturer jewelry brand with 25 years of history in Las Vegas, specializing in custom diamond jewelry, engagement rings, and gold jewelry. We're building out our live shopping presence across different social platforms, and we're looking for a natural on-camera personality(s) to host our daily live sales shows. The Role We're looking for a Live Sales Host who is a natural seller, can own the camera for hours at a time, keep energy high, and turn viewers into buyers in real time. This isn't a passive presenting role, you'll be actively selling: hyping up product, driving engagement, reading the room, and closing sales, all live.

What You'll Do

• Host live sales shows daily, speaking to camera for extended periods (up to 4 hours/day) with sustained energy
• Present and hype jewelry pieces, in different ranges, from silver jewelry, all the way to diamond jewelry, in a way that drives real-time purchases
• Actively engage with live chat, answer viewer questions, and keep the audience watching and participating
• Adjust hosting style between platforms
• Work with our content team to hit sales targets and improve show performance over time
• Help maintain an organized, camera-ready product setup during shows What We're Looking For
• Excellent speaking skills : clear, confident, and engaging on camera, with the stamina to talk for hours without losing energy
• Sales instincts and experience : comfortable creating urgency, handling objections, and closing in real time
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment : quick thinking, adaptable, doesn't freeze under live pressure
• Strong presence on camera : charisma that comes through on screen
• Reliable and consistent , this is a daily, recurring commitment
• Prior experience in sales , retail/luxury sales, live hosting, or on-camera work is a plus, but energy and drive matter more Details

• Base pay of $15/hour plus performance-based commission
