Coastal Luxury Outdoors, a premier pool construction and service company in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Pool Sales Representative (Remodels and New Pools) to join our growing team. As a Pool Sales Rep, you will play a key role in helping clients transform their backyard dreams into reality by guiding them through the pool remodeling and new pool construction process. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and experience in sales or the pool industry. The applicant must be energetic, understand customer care, and able to maintain a clean personal appearance. A minimum of 5 years in pool sales is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Sales & Customer Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, providing expert advice on pool remodels and new pool builds.
• Product Knowledge : Develop an in-depth understanding of Coastal Luxury Outdoors' offerings, including pool types, construction materials (gunite, plaster, etc.) and additional features or customizations.
• Estimation & Proposal Creation: Prepare detailed proposals and cost estimates, ensuring all client requests and specifications are clearly addressed.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service from the initial consultation through project completion.
• Follow-Up : Ensure timely follow-up with leads, answer client inquiries, and manage sales pipeline efficiently using CRM software.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the construction and design teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time and to specification.
• Market Awareness : Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to provide clients with the best possible solutions.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in construction management, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience of 5+ years in pool sales required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Familiarity with pool types (gunite, fiberglass, vinyl liner), pool equipment, and remodeling processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
