As a Client Development Associate , you'll help individuals better understand their Health Coverage options while developing valuable communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship. No previous industry experience is required. If you're motivated, coachable, and eager to grow, we'll provide the training and support needed for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients
• Educate clients on available Health Coverage options
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Conduct follow-up consultations and account reviews
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Maintain organized client documentation
