Front Desk Sales Associates play a key role in making sure that our members and guests get the most from their Massage Envy experience. Our Front Desk Sales Team Members are the first and last point of contact for everyone who steps into our clinic. From explaining program benefits and selling memberships to guests to reviewing new, enhanced services with members, the goal of our Front Desk Sales Team Members is to showcase the Massage Envy client experience so that massage and skincare become part of our members' regular healthcare regimen. Our most successful Front Desk Sales Associates love speaking with prospective members and selling our Wellness Program, products, and gift cards. Our Sales Associates:

• SELL the benefits of the Massage Envy Wellness Program to clients
• Provide excellent service to clients by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients upon arrival and processing their payments
• Assist in maintaining a professional front desk /reception area and cleanliness of the spa
• Create an exceptional experience for clients through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Assist in administrative tasks including filing, file maintenance, and data entry

Requirements

:

• Outgoing and Enjoy Sales
• Exceptional listening skills and ability to think on your feet
• Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients
• Professional, responsible and dependable
• Computer literate and a fast learner
• Able to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service and sales is preferred
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
