Roofing Sales Representative Location: McDonough, GA Job Type: Full-Time, 1099 Independent Contractor Opportunity Available

Compensation

: $40,000 to $120,000+ per year (Performance-Based) Join a Growing Roofing Team We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team in McDonough, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and helping homeowners through the roofing replacement and repair process. If you're a self-starter who isn't afraid of door knocking, climbing roofs, and closing deals, we'd love to speak with you.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Inspect residential and commercial roofs for storm damage and roofing needs.
• Meet with homeowners to explain inspection findings and recommend roofing solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Prepare proposals and present estimates to prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records using the company CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Deliver exceptional customer service from initial contact through project completion.
• Represent the company professionally within the community.

Qualifications

• Previous roofing, gutter, or exterior home improvement sales experience preferred.
• Outside sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
• Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting and lead generation.
• Able to safely climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Computer proficient with CRM software, email, and proposal generation.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper roof inspection procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Roofing or construction industry experience.
• Knowledge of insurance restoration or storm damage claims.
• Existing network within the local market is a plus.
