• Maintain accurate pricing information and ensure proper application during transactions
• Conduct merchandising activities to display products attractively and optimize sales potential
• Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing details, and service options through clear and confident communication
• Perform heavy lifting when handling inventory or merchandise, adhering to safety protocols and organizational standards Experience
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are key
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is a plus
• Strong math skills for accurate pricing calculations and transaction processing
• Knowledge of route driving, merchandising, and upselling techniques enhances effectiveness in this role
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse customers and team members
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills to manage routes, inventory, and customer interactions effectively
