What You'll Do

:

• Engage with customers to discuss cell phone and internet service options
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly and professionally
• Build positive customer relationships and deliver a great experience
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals
• Accurately document interactions and outcomes
• Attend paid training and team meetings What We're Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends What We Offer:
