RE Spa ("Ar-ee") in Julington Creek is looking for a high energy, driven, sales oriented individual to join our close-knit team! RE Spa is the busiest, largest and most popular spa in Jacksonville, FL and the surrounding areas. We maintain a high volume, fast paced environment and the ideal applicant will be able to meet the following requirements:

• Sitting and standing many times throughout the day
• Multitasking while making sure no items fall through the cracks
• Proficiency and experience using Windows desktop PCs and IPads both
• Familiarity and competence using multiple pieces of software across multiple functions daily
• Housekeeping, maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic of the spa through the day
• An aptitude for sales, our Sales Associate have strict sales goals and KPIs that must be maintained month over month General job duties include but are not limited to:
• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Scheduling appointments
• Answering phone calls
• Checking clients in and out
• Other such tasks related to a client-facing position
• Cleaning and organization tasks (Able to get on hands and knees for deep cleaning)
• Sales of memberships/packages/gift cards and general upselling
• Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members. The ideal candidate must have

• Sales Experience
• Success in a fast paced environment

• Great customer service skills
• Reception or Spa experience
