Overview

: As a Retail Sales Associate at South East Collective, you'll begin with hands-on training while working alongside experienced team members to execute client sales campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be engaging customers inside partnered retail locations, educating them about products and promotions, and helping drive sales. We promote from within. High-performing associates have opportunities to advance into leadership, management, and training roles. What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet customers inside partnered retail stores
• Learn client products and promotions
• Answer customer questions
• Recommend products based on customer needs
• Complete sales transactions
• Work with teammates to achieve weekly goals
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions
• Build brand awareness and generate new customer leads
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout every interaction Schedule:
• Full-time
• Weekend availability preferred
• Flexible scheduling available

Compensation

:

• This position offers hourly, guaranteed base pay
• Weekly pay
• Uncapped performance-based bonuses and commissions based on sales goals
