Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in a swimming pool design and type.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and financial options to help customers make informed decisions
• Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
• Support customers with basic math calculations for purchases, discounts, or financial services applications
• Assist with loan processing and financial software systems to facilitate customer requests
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure product displays are appealing and well-stocked
• Handle inquiries related to retail sales, banking services, or financial products with professionalism and clarity

Requirements

• FIBERGLASS AND CONCRETE SWIMMING POOL KNOWLEDGE
• Docusign and computer knowledge for building contracts
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for keeping up with leads
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Basic math skills including retail math and 10 key typing proficiency for accurate transaction processing
• Strong communication skills to effectively assist customers and explain financial services or loan options
• Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently
• Familiarity with financial software systems is a plus but training will be provided
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
