Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Engage with Customers: Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor, assess their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process. Vehicle Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the features, specs, and benefits of all vehicles in our inventory. Build Relationships: Establish trust and rapport with customers to create a positive buying experience. Meet Sales Goals: Work to achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Process Transactions: Assist customers with financing options, documentation, and trade-ins. Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with customers to foster repeat business and referrals. Team Collaboration: Work with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Sales experience (automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required). A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping customers. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
