Pay: $60,000 - $150,000+ per year Join the Team at One of Delaware's Newest and Most Modern Dealerships Holly Kia is seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused Sales & Leasing Consultants to join our growing team. Whether you are an experienced automotive salesperson or looking to build a rewarding career in sales, we provide the training, support, inventory, and leadership needed to help you succeed. Our team works in a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership facility featuring modern showrooms, advanced technology, and an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Do

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase and leasing process
• Build relationships and identify customer needs
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Present vehicle, financing, and leasing options
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, referrals, and showroom traffic
• Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
• Generate business through referrals and repeat customers
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
• Achieve personal sales goals while contributing to overall dealership success What We're Looking For
