This role is focused on face-to-face customer engagement, where you will introduce wireless and internet solutions, guide customers through available options, and assist with new account enrollments. As a Sales Team Member, you will serve as a direct representative between customers and leading telecommunications services. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person to present wireless, internet, and bundled service options
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations based on service offerings
• Support new customer enrollments and account activations
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience in all interactions
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed enrollments
• Collaborate with team members to improve outreach and performance strategies
