Prime Wellness is seeking an energetic, personable, and highly motivated Clinical Sales Representative to become an integral part of our team. This is not a traditional front desk position. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating exceptional patient experiences, and helping our practice continue to grow. About Prime Wellness Prime Wellness is an established integrative and functional medicine practice specializing in hormone optimization, weight management, longevity medicine, IV therapy, peptide therapy, nutrition, and personalized wellness care. Our mission is to help patients achieve optimal health while providing an exceptional experience from their very first interaction with our office.

Responsibilities

Patient Growth Respond promptly to new patient inquiries by phone, text, and email. Convert inquiries into scheduled consultations. Follow up with prospective patients. Re-engage inactive patients. Develop and nurture referral relationships with physicians, gyms, personal trainers, therapists, dietitians, estheticians, and local businesses. Coordinate community events, educational seminars, and wellness workshops. Assist with marketing initiatives and patient outreach. Help grow memberships and wellness programs. Track and report growth metrics and conversion rates. Patient Experience & Front Desk Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism. Answer incoming calls and provide outstanding customer service. Schedule appointments and assist with patient communication. Support front desk operations during busy periods or staff absences. Maintain an organized and efficient reception area. Ensure every patient has an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, confident, and outgoing An excellent communicator in person and over the phone Passionate about health and wellness Highly organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable learning new technology and software Professional with excellent follow-through Preferred Experience Healthcare, wellness, medical spa, or functional medicine experience Sales and business development Customer service or hospitality Marketing or community outreach Patient scheduling software experience
