We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Officer to drive growth and expand our presence across designated regions. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share within assigned territory.
• Engage actively with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including face-to-face meetings, telemarketing, and networking events.
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing expert advice on insurance products such as health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM systems and sales administration tools; prepare reports on sales performance and market feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and outreach initiatives tailored to local markets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes (including HIPAA and insurance regulation updates), and competitor activities to adapt strategies proactively. Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse client bases effectively.
• Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs, market opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM system platforms for sales tracking and client management.
• Exceptional customer relationship building skills paired with outstanding customer service capabilities.
• Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, benefits administration, and related regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA.
• Familiarity with insurance products including commercial insurance offerings; understanding of telemarketing techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining effective communication with team members; bilingual proficiency is advantageous for broader outreach.
