RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Visiting NJ & NY homeowners to assess their window and door needs. Conducting an of our popular home improvement solutions to solve their problems. • 2+ years of face-to-face or in-home B2C sales experience
• Competitive, persuasive, and confident you welcome a "no" rather than run from it
• Strong presentation, listening, and negotiation skills
• Willing to follow our proven sales system (not reinvent the wheel)
• Available 4 evenings/week (MonFri, appointments ~6 PM) and every Saturday (9 AM5 PM)
• Able to drive up to 90 minutes to appointments clean driving record required
• Must pass drug test and background check
