Whether assisting new customers, performing service evaluations such as speed tests, processing enrollments, or building long-term customer relationships, this position provides the opportunity to create positive experiences and strengthen customer connectivity in the New Port Richey area. Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers through the entire process, from initial consultation to service setup and follow-up support
• Engage with customers to provide knowledgeable Frontier service recommendations and guidance
• Build and manage customer accounts by identifying individual service needs and recommending appropriate Frontier solutions
• Work alongside team members to stay informed on Frontier products, promotions, and service options
• Address customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and accuracy
• Collaborate with fellow Sales & Marketing Assistants to achieve sales targets and maintain a team-oriented environment Sales & Marketing Assistant

Qualifications

:

• Strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service
• Ability to quickly learn new technology and systems to accurately manage customer information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in problem-solving and handling customer concerns
