You will be able to sell every service we offer to existing and potential customers. We train our service technicians to be the best in the business. Great service means current customers buy more services and they refer us to others. Because you have a protected territory all of those leads go to you. You can expect to receive lead opportunities from our office. In addition to office leads, creative sales activity such as knocking on doors, hanging doorhangers and networking in your territory will be required. • After 1 year of employment, vacation days will be earned on a calendar basis and paid an average of your last 6 months daily earnings.
• After 1 year you receive 5 days vacations.
• After 2 years you receive 10 days vacation.
• After 5 years you receive 15 days vacation. Paid Holidays which include, July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. 401K Plan
• After 1 year of employment, employees will be eligible to enroll.
