Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join Florida Roof Advisors. In this role, you will serve as the face of our company, helping homeowners protect their most valuable asset by offering free, expert roof inspections. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment and are committed to delivering high-quality roofing solutions to our community. With an average weekly earning potential of $1,000 to $2,500 and a high-impact, four-day work week (MondayThursday), this is an exceptional opportunity for a sales professional to maximize their income while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Duties

• Proactive Field Prospecting :
• Identify potential leads through door-knocking and neighborhood canvassing to offer complimentary, comprehensive roof inspections.
• Consultative Sales :
• Present inspection findings to homeowners, explaining the condition of their roof and justifying the necessity of replacements or repairs with professionalism and integrity.
• Relationship Management :
• Build trust and rapport with homeowners, guiding them through the assessment process and addressing any questions or concerns regarding insurance claims or investment options.
• Goal Achievement :
• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets by effectively managing your assigned territory and optimizing your daily route for maximum face-to-face interactions.
• Pipeline Management :
• Utilize company-provided sales tools and CRM software to track lead status, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules.
• Professional Representation :
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Florida Roof Advisors as the gold standard of roofing services, ensuring a positive customer experience from the first interaction to project completion.

Qualifications

• High Energy & Drive:
• Self-starter with the ability to maintain high activity levels in the field, including being comfortable working outdoors.
• Proven Sales Ability :
• Experience in direct-to-consumer sales, door-to-door sales, or field marketing is highly preferred; a track record of closing deals is essential.
