Overview

Are you driven, goal-oriented, and ready to build a long-term career in the insurance industry? Farmers Insurance District 11 is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Insurance Apprentice Program a hands-on development track that prepares you to become a success Agent.

Compensation

: Base Pay + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Salary Range: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to obtain or already hold insurance licenses (personal lines, Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Life all acceptable)
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic
• A passion for helping others and building long-term relationships
