We're seeking a Front Desk Customer Service & Sales Support Associate to join our showroom team. Full and part time positions available. 25 hours a week minimum preferred. What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and by phone
• Support company goals for 5-Star Customer Service
• Crosstrain and assist in other areas as business needs require What We're Looking For
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things right the first time
• Ability to follow established processes from start to finish
• Good time management, organization, and multitasking skills
• Strong computer skills and comfort with basic data entry and office software
• Ability to remain professional and organized in a fast-paced, people-facing environment
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to take direction, support the team, and own assigned responsibilities
• Reliable, in-person attendance is required
• Willingness to assist with general showroom duties including answering phones, assisting walk-in customers, filing, and maintaining a clean workspace
• Graphics experience a plus Schedule & Pay
• Schedule: MondayFriday,
• Starting Pay: $18 - $22 / hour based on experience, with growth potential based on performance.
