Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking events
• Educate clients on various life insurance policies and benefits tailored to their individual needs
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Negotiate policy terms and pricing to align with client expectations and company guidelines
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining client records, and follow-up communications
• Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives to expand client base and increase brand awareness
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Prior experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is highly desirable
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close sales effectively
• Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities, are a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
