• Sales & Leasing Agent
• role is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for sales, marketing, and relationship-building. What you will do.
• Show manufactured homes to prospective residents, highlighting the features and benefits of community living.
• Market our manufactured home communities through networking, advertising, social media, public relations, and local events.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of products, procedures, amenities, inventory levels, pricing, and promotions.
• Manage and track leads by promptly following up and documenting all correspondence in the database.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals to help communities achieve 100% occupancy.
• Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities and the financial impact.
• Collaborate with regional management and the sales team to ensure financial targets are met.
• Adhere to all fair housing laws governing home sales and rentals. What we are searching for.
• Previous experience in real estate home sales or leasing; manufactured home sales experience a plus.
• Professional, customer-focused approach with strong prioritization skills.
• Positive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve top results.
• Working knowledge of fair housing laws related to home sales and rentals.
• Strong phone skills with the ability to qualify buyers and manage a busy schedule.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort using CRM systems.
• Experience leveraging social media platforms to market properties.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation to travel between communities for tours and meetings.
• Must be able to work in N. Tampa, Bradenton and St. Petersburg areas. What we offer
