Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships through friendly, professional communication.
• Help customers compare available options and choose services that best fit their needs.
• Support daily team operations and collaborate with management on business initiatives.
• Participate in paid training focused on communication, leadership, and professional development.
• Learn the fundamentals of business operations, team leadership, and customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and complete follow-up tasks as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

of the Business Development Representative:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
