Account Growth Executive | Entry Level RnR Group 4 Hiring Tampa, FL Build Relationships. Grow Professionally. Make an Impact. As an Account Growth Executive | Entry Level , you'll work directly with individuals and families, helping them better understand their Life and Health Coverage options while developing valuable communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. No prior experience is necessary. We provide the training and mentorship needed to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing clients
• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
• Review available Life and Health Coverage options
• Conduct follow-up consultations and account reviews
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Participate in ongoing professional development and leadership training
