Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and boost performance at the Tropicana location Maintain your own sales productionincluding resident and new clients Oversee performance via sales dashboards, KPIs, team goal-setting Host training sessions on insurance products, financial literacy, and customer care Collaborate on marketing strategies and community outreach Ideal Candidate Traits Licensed in Property/Casualty and Life/Health Insurance Proven track record in sales leadership or individual sales Energetic, self-motivated, results-driven Excellent communicator and coach What You Stand to Gain Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions Monthly, quarterly & annual, bonuses & incentive trips
