We're looking for a dynamic Territory Manager to join our Trade team and help expand our presence across Nevada.

About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will take ownership of a defined region - driving customer engagement, strengthening trade relationships, and ensuring execution excellence across distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners. You'll play a key role in influencing sales performance through brand advocacy, strategic planning, and hands-on field support.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, distributors, and retailers
• Expand market coverage by identifying new opportunities and closing channel gaps
• Execute trade programs, promotions, and product placements across your territory
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance and identify growth opportunities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional performance
• Represent the brand through training sessions, activations, and partner engagement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade, Marketing, and Logistics teams
• Track performance metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement

Who You Are

• Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, territory management or channel support in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
• A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Strategic and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Tech-savvy with CRM or trade execution tools
• Open to travel (3040%) within your assigned territory
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
• Multilingual skills (Arabic, Urdu/Hindi, Spanish) are a plus Pay: $70,000.00 per year
