• MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE, not retail Hourly & sales commission pay STUDIO IS INTOWN ATLANTA and DECATUR- NOT OTHER LOCATIONS StretchLab is currently seeking a high energy, driven sales associate who is fitness minded and has a love for our community and brand! We have a boutique studio in the friendly in-town ATL neighborhood of Morningside with a close- knit crew of talented individuals who are passionate about helping our members with their recovery game. This position is hourly with a large commission opportunity for membership sales. Founded in 2015 in Venice, California, StretchLab is the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. With Co-Founders coming from the Personal Training industry, Stretch Lab has created a variety of offerings to empower clients to Live Long'. StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an array of related fields Kinesiology, Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Medicine and brought in the world's leading authority on stretching and flexibility to deliver on the promise of having the finest team of stretching professionals gathered anywhere. StretchLab's proprietary Flexologist training ensures that their client's receive a world class stretching session. POSITION: The Assistant Manager drives studio membership sales and retention goals by converting leads into memberships and driving a positive experience in tandem with the therapist team to engage and retain clients. This also carries some light operational responsibilities. Wellness and recovery knowledge or background is preferred but not required. Business development and B2C sales experience is required. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday English fluency and excellent communication skills -in person, phone and email Must be able to work under pressure and shift focus in a dynamic environment Must have proficient computer skills and be detail oriented in documentation and process Occasional, local event travel will be required. RESPONSIBILITIES: Own the sales cycle from lead generation, follow up, and close Book and convert introductory stretch sessions Manage the front desk and member needs Conduct through needs analysis and first visit readiness with leads Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a recovery and wellness provider Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro sessions Participate in special events (health fairs, pop-ups, marathons, and community events) to promote the studio Ensure studio is clean and tidy Other duties as assigned COMPENSATION & PERKS: Competitive compensation based on experience Free membership Sales Commission Opportunity for bonus based on performance.
