Responsibilities

: The Role:

• Serve as lead advisor: manage your own senior client portfolio and recruit/support licensed agents under your brand.
• Develop and execute marketing and educational events for seniors, veteran spouses, and community groups.
• Coach and mentor your team use ASB's infrastructure to streamline onboarding and business growth.
• Build long-term relationships and create a renewal-rich business for years to come.
