323 Staffing Solutions is a dynamic staffing company providing full-service employment solutions. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer- focused Sales Associates on behalf of a premier boutique located in The Villages, FL. As a Boutique Sales Associate, you will be the friendly face of the store, providing personalized service and guiding customers through their product selections.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive and assist them with product inquiries, sizing, and styling.
• Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards by ensuring the sales floor and displays are well-organized.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process cash and credit transactions.
• Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stock areas clean and functional at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented approach to work. Schedule

Requirements

We are hiring for two distinct roles:

• Full-Time (Multiple Openings): 37.5 to 40 hours per week. Candidates must have the flexibility to work a couple of evening shifts to support the 8:00-9:00PM closures.
• Part-Time (Multiple Openings): Flexible hours, but candidates must be able to work weekends and ideally have Sunday availability. Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
